PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery By courier.

With credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

With prepaid cards, as long as they bear the mark and act as Visa or Mastercard.

SHIPMENT METHOD

Once you have completed your order, the products are shipped immediately, as long as the product is available. The products are transported with the ACS partner courier company as well as with any courier company of your choice and shipping. The products are transported with the responsibility and charge of the customer. In case the product you selected is not immediately available, the company will contact you with the details you left when registering / ordering.

TIME OF DELIVERY

Once you have completed your order, the delivery times for your product are as follows:

A) if the place of delivery is in the city of Thessaloniki, within 2 * working days at the latest.

B) if the place of delivery is in the city of Athens and the rest of the Prefecture of Attica within 3 * working days at the latest.

C) if the place of delivery is in the rest of mainland and island Greece within 5 * working days at the latest.

* excluding the above days, holidays and weekends.

COST 

Shipping costs with courier company ACS are as follows:

For each parcel up to 2 kgr the shipping cost is 2.50 €. From 2-5 kg ​​plus 1 € for each extra kilo. From 6-12kg € 6.59 for land destinations. In case of payment the charge is plus 3,94 €. (excluding 23% VAT).

The foregoing applies to packages subject to the simple category of volumetry. Those in the bulk category are charged another bundle.

Shipping costs vary depending on area and volume.

DELIVERY DATES

From Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00

On Saturday, the delivery is offered with extra charge, about twice the cost of the simple shipment.

The company is responsible for the time of delivery of the goods to the courier company, but not for the time of final delivery of the goods to the consumer, which is the sole responsibility of the latter.

TERMS OF USE

Return - Product Replacement

You have the right to return the products you purchased and to request their replacement

(a) in all cases where the fault of the e-shop My Gifts has been proven to have incorrect or defective goods or products of poor quality (wrong ordering, pricing, shipping, damaged during shipping or poor packaging) and

(b) in all cases where there has been a problem / defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and provided the warranty has been provided by the e-shop My Gifts. They do not fall under the products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or its representative.

2. In any case and for all of the above cases, the maximum time-limit for return for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced must be accompanied by a shipping note. For all the above cases the products to be repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and in excellent condition, as well as accompanied by the corresponding Return Shipment Bulletin. Prior to any return it is advisable to consult with the e-shop My Gifts. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: contact at the same day or the next business day with the online store the product has not been used The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg invoice).

If they are not returned within 20 days then the e-shop My Gifts may not accept any refund or replacement.

Cancellation of an order

Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:

Before ordering is completed, during the online ordering process you can press the Cancel button at the bottom left of your screen. Clicking on this will automatically stop the ordering process.

If the order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can email info@mygifts.gr and we will cancel your order.
